2.Introduction
1)Reducers are also called large and small heads, reducers, and reducers. 2)A chemical pipe fitting used for the connection between pipes of different diameters. According to the different shape, divided into concentric large and small head and eccentric size.
3)Size head (reduced pipe) is used for pipe diameter of a pipe fitting. The forming process is usually reduced diameter pressing, expanded diameter pressing or reduced diameter and expanded diameter pressing, and stamping can also be used for some specifications of reduced pipe.
4)The process of reducing the size of the head is to put the tube billet with the same diameter as the big end of the head into the forming die. By pressing the tube billet along the axial direction, the metal moves along the die cavity and shrinks to form.
5)According to the size of reducing pipe diameter, it can be divided into one pressing forming and multiple pressing forming.
